Our service includes water testing, cleaning inside and outside glass, cleaning/switching out exhibit decorations such as artificial corals or rocks, and water changes on a regular interval based on the specific needs of the exhibit. We typically visit each saltwater exhibit once per week. Freshwater exhibits are typically serviced once per week, but in some cases, once every two weeks.
We top off all saltwater exhibits with Reserve Osmosis water and have the option of using RO or filtered tap water for freshwater exhibits. (Remember it all begins with the quality of the water).
One of our aquarium service technicians is assigned to your account and is the primary contact for any questions you may have. We provide clients with the appropriate fish food and other essential aquarium products to ensure the fish and display are properly maintained.
